FAQ

Towels will be shipped out according to when you order your subscription unless you paid for the full year.  Typically on or before the 5th of every month.   If payment is after the 5th of the month your towel will go out within two days.   Shipping times do affect arrival.  

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Each month the tea towels are specifically chosen and cannot be replaced or returned.
